About the Role
As a FOH Sales Person, you’ll be the face of the venue, welcoming guests with exceptional service while actively promoting our food, beverage, and function offerings. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional service to all guests
Maximise sales opportunities by upselling food & beverage offerings
Process transactions efficiently and accuratey
Maintain a clean and welcoming FOH environment
Work collaboratively with the bar, floor and kitchen teams
About You
Previous hospitality or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing and confident with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
RSA Certificate (required)
CHEF DE PARTIE
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll take ownership of your section, deliver consistent, high-quality dishes, and support smooth daily service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
Maintain mise en place and section organisation
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to ensure efficient service
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude under pressure
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and evenings
KITCHEN HAND
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our chefs, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and helping ensure smooth, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen environment
Assist with basic food preparation when required
Keep storage and prep areas organised
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
About You
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred but not essential
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
