EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – RECEPTION & ADMIN SUPPORT WANTED (FULL-TIME | LOCATION: AMERICAN HOTEL ECHUCA & NIREBO MOTEL)

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Reception & Administration Support to join our busy, multi-site family-run business.

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational procedures are documented, coordinated, and developed, with tasks including:

Nirebo Motel Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and create bookings

  • Process queries and bookings from online channels

  • Respond to guest queries and feedback courteously and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Process payments securely and accurately

  • Handle cash and perform banking tasks

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial records and support operational efficiency

American Hotel Echuca Duties

  • Manage incoming calls related to the American Hotel Echuca, including reservation bookings and function enquiries

  • Confirm entertainment at OHCO venues and complete related administrative tasks

  • Coordinate enquiries and provide helpful information about events, reservations, and services

  • Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Systems & Support
You’ll complete tasks with:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide friendly and professional customer service

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping systems, payment processing platforms, and basic bookkeeping software

  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Sales Support

  • Work alongside Venue Managers to promote sales in areas such as entertainment, functions, and major events

Other Duties

  • Complete any other tasks beneficial to the Company within reason
